What You’ll Be Doing
Order, receive, and properly store all food and kitchen supplies.
Prepare, assemble, and serve meals for employees (breakfast and lunch), guests, and clients.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure all equipment is sanitized and in working order.
Participate in preparation and service for sales meetings, tastings, and special events.
Track and manage inventory, complete weekly food orders, and organize storage in refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage.
Collaborate with delivery personnel, employees, client vendors, and customers.
Utilize Microsoft programs for ordering, inventory tracking, online meetings, and communication.
Here’s What Your Work History Needs to Show
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in restaurant management, hotels, hospitals, culinary instruction, or institutional kitchens.
Current SERVESAFE Certification or completion of a sanitation course within the last 12 months (preferred).
Current food handler’s card and compliance with federal, state, and local food safety requirements.
Associate degree in hotel or institutional food preparation preferred.
Previous experience managing inventory, ordering, meal prep, and kitchen operations.

Salary: $75,000 DOE
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire (Direct Hire considered for a superstar candidate)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Compliance: Must maintain all required food safety certifications
